Antique Light Blue Cobalt Blue Swirled Votive Candle Holder

This could be possibly blue milk glass. Would hold a short candle or tea light, could also be used as a small vase or pot, put your rings in it, etc. There is no makers mark but it is definitely antique. Beautiful blue colors. Does have some wax residue from a candle inside.
