Antique Jefferson Glass Pink Coraline Vase – Rare Ruffled Frit Art Glass Bowl ca. 1903
This rare and elegant antique art glass bowl is attributed to Jefferson Glass Company, circa 1900–1903, and features their distinctive Pink Coraline frit technique. Made of hand-blown clear crystal glass with opaque pink glass chips embedded into the surface, the result is a richly textured spatter effect unique to early 20th-century American art glass.
The form is a shallow vase or open bowl with four distinct ruffled corners—a shape seen in several Jefferson Coraline pieces. This exact shape and coloration appear in multiple collector-verified examples and are widely accepted in the antique glass community as early Jefferson work.
Jefferson Glass produced very few designs in this pink frit style, and pieces like this are considered highly collectible. Though an original 1903 catalog scan remains elusive, the technique and form align closely with examples documented on EAPGS.net and in advanced collector circles.
