Antique J. Fraget BM Plaque Butter Knife Silverplate Floral Pattern Polish

Very old butter knife with raised floral design. No initials engraved. The blade is marked with the stamp of J. Fraget. Item has numerous scratches and dents on the handle. Blade has some rust spots.
