Antique Imperial Glass Early American Pattern Glass Covered Compote Bowl 1902

This early American covered compote was manufactured by Imperial Glass in approximately 1902. Interesting heavy pressed glass candy/compote bowl. Beautiful enough to display. Can also be used to hold cotton balls, swabs or bars of soap. Measures approximately 9.75" tall, with lid and handle; 6" high without lid; 7" opening diameter; 4.25" base diameter. A few very minor flea bites - barely felt - at the bottom of the base. Some scratches (photos 14 & 15), which are not noticeable unless held up to light. The bowl portion has a slight lean; however, the base is level. No cracks/chips. In very good antique condition.
