Excellent, preowned condition this lithograph that is pencil signed, and numbered by the Artist, Honore V. Daumier is called Le bon argument or The Good Argument. This print is from a group of legal themed art called. Les gens de justice or the people of justice which depicts satire about judges, defendants, attorneys, and corrupt, greedy lawyers. The humorous print creator was famous for his caricatures. This print is dated 1850 to 1855. The print is number 287 of 500 and the signature is on the right hand side. Both of these are in pencil. It is framed in a modern aluminum frame with glass. It has not been opened due to the potential fragility of the paper.
