Haviland China was one of several manufacturers of high-end porcelain that catered to the upper class during the 19th century. If you come across old plates and serving dishes marked with a blue and gold checkerboard pattern or any other mark indicating it’s Haviland, they’re probably worth the money.
This beautiful antique Haviland Limoges sugar bowl, made in France features a unique triangular shape with handles that resemble braided rope, abundant gold accents and trim. The Haviland backstamp and the English registry mark date this gorgeous set to between 1879 and 1889. The sugar bowl is app. 6 1/2” tall including the lid and 6” wide.
In very good antique condition; No additional chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. Please carefully review the photos for condition details and feel free to ask questions.
