Beautiful handmade tablecloth done in dark cream/light beige cotton thread in a floral filet crochet pattern. A floral center medallion is surrounded by open filet crochet and scrollwork; geometric motifs in each corner. A narrow border surrounds the entire piece. A beautiful example of Victorian-inspired needlework. Expertly done and suitable for so many different decorative styles. Would work so well with cottage decor, romantic shabby chic, retro coastal, rustic country, hippie boho, even mid-century modern. Not too fussy; not precious or overwhelming. Very sturdy but not clumsy. Measures 63” X 37”. In excellent condition with no odor, holes, tears, snags or stains; just a small very light spot of aging on the lower right side.
