Antique Handmade Elegant Black Lace / Beads and Yellow Capelet

Antique Handmade Chic capelet with intricate black lace and black glass beads put together with what looks like yarn ..... over vibrant yellow fabric. Perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any outfit. In good shape for its age. please do take a look at the photos ... some of the lace is damaged. I got this from a great aunts estate and was told it was a family item from the early 1990's. Not sure but it looks alittle older to me. but I am no expert nor have i ever had it looked at. But It is time for it to go to a place to be displayed or fixed 🤔 and maybe just maybe it might get worn once again.
