My research on this item led me to the following description:
Possibly 18th-19th Century North African Sephardic Jewish bronze Hanukkah Menorah lamp.
The Lamp is composed of three separately cast bronze elements, joined together by pegs and soldered at the back. The backplate is decorated in openwork with scrollwork motifs adorned with a notched pattern. Shamash flanked by a pair of birds, the top surmounted by a suspension ring with a fleur-de-lis finial. Bottom affix with oil holder with eight oil containers, each with a pronounced spout for wicks.
This Hanukkah lamp is decorated with openwork scrollwork motifs and adorned with two small birds, showing Polish influence. It resembles Hanukkah lamps used by Polish Ashkenazic Jews.
The menorah measures approximately 7 1/4 inches tall, and is approximately 5 1/8 inches wide.
This item shows patina of age, with some small spots of verdigris. There is an area on the hanging ring that appears to have been ground off, and it is unclear if this was part of the original construction or something that occurred afterwards.
Please review all photos carefully, I have taken close-ups of this area.
The Shamash also appears to be slightly bent to the side as shown.
