Antique Hand Painted Artist Signed Large Shaker

Beautifully hand painted artist signed antique footed shaker. It stands 4.5” tall and I believe it is a bath powder shaker ( that’s what I would use it for). In addition to the hand painting on both sides the feet and top are adorned with 24kt gold paint (very common in the late Victorian era) I found another example signed by a different artist in same condition on an antiques site for $135.00.
