Antique German Porcelain Bears Blue & White Trinket Dish Circa Mid to Late 1800s

I’m selling this for a friend. According to their family Providence takes it back to the late to mid 1800s and being brought over from Germany. They indicate that it was handmade. Dimensions are in the pictures. It is in pristine condition free from any flaws that I can see and I provided many pictures for you to evaluate it. I’m pricing it up because I’m not sure what the market will be for this item but I want the family to have whatever money they can from it as they are in need.
