Antique German Pink Glass Bird Wire Wrapped Netting Christmas Ornament 3”

The bird is in fair condition because the tail is chipped and doesn’t have anything coming out of the opening. It has a piece of wire wrapped around the middle. I’m not sure if the wire is holding the netting onto the bird or if it is glued. Please look at the pictures.
