Antique Georgian / Early Victorian Paste Diamond Cluster Stick Pin

A genuine and fascinating antique stick pin from the Georgian or early Victorian period, dating between 1800 and 1860. The head features a domed cluster of hand-cut and faceted glass paste stones, created to simulate the sparkle of diamonds in candlelight. Each stone is set in a traditional closed-back collet setting with a deep, original patina. A wonderful and highly collectible piece of authentic antique paste jewelry.
