Antique Baltic amber brass brooch. Acquired from a private estate collection, this vintage pin features a large genuine Baltic amber stone with a deep butterscotch to egg yolk yellow color range. The stone has a thick cabochon dome with some rough natural inclusions that add gorgeous character. Solid brass mount with an ornate filigree scroll design. Old “C” style clasp closure. 1.6” length and 1.5” width. Great pre-owned condition with surface wear commensurate with age.
