A Bit of History: GDA stands for Gerard Dufraisseix Morel/Abbot porcelain pottery factory in Limoges, France. They took over Charles Haviland in 1881.
The name stands for Emile Gerard the director and Jean-Baptiste Dufraisseix as decoratorr, with the color technology done by More.
This marking (GDA over France) was used from 1900 – 1953
With a little research, this pattern, design is closer to the 1910-1920's
Almost everything except floral designs are still painted by hand and will be marked "hand-painted" in English or French.
