This is an antique Nippon hand-painted condiment or mayonnaise bowl with a matching ladle. They are made of Nippon porcelain, which refers to porcelain produced in Japan between 1891 and 1921. The set features a white porcelain base with hand-painted blue and green floral designs, likely forget-me-nots, and gold accents on the bowl rim and ladle handle. This bowl has a three-footed base, and the ladle is designed to fit the bowl for serving condiments or sauces. No damage that I can find. There is a small rough spot on the ladle handle as depicted, but it is a manufacturing issue, not damage. Please review all photos as they are part of the description.
