Antique Enamel Silver Cigarette Case Maypole Scenic Malachite 800 Italy?

Magnificent antique 800 silver cigarette case with a painted enamel scene of a woman decorating a tree with garlands of flowers as two children help, with water and hills in the background. They might be making a maypole in the very old tradition, before poles and ribbons were used. It's beautifully done and framed with engraved scrolls and flowers and green enamel painted in a malachite gem like pattern. The sides and back are also lovely, with engraving, and the interior is gold finished. There's a lightly engraved and hinged bar to hold the cigarettes down inside and the case opens via a push-in button in center of the top lid. Marked inside with 800 and two other symbols I can't decipher, as shown -- many cases in this style were made in Italy. It measures 4 3/4" x 3" across the top and about 3/8" high, and weighs a total of 189 grams on my scale. It's in beautiful antique condition overall -- there's some light tarnish on silver and a few dark spots inside as shown -- I've left the original patina as is. The enamel looks great, but when viewed at an extreme angle, you can see some overall light scratching/scuffing on the surface. Wonderful gift for that special someone, and versatile -- it can be used for business cards, note cards, candy, etc as well as cigarettes.
