Antique Edwardian frosted flower vase with a sterling silver collar.

This is an Antique Edwardian frosted flower vase with a silver collar. The vase features a frosted glass body with a raised floral design.It has a silver collar around the top edge.The style is typical of the Edwardian era. There are marks in the silver collar. The first two are JC I think. Then there is a lion, an anchor and a g. When I looked this up this is what I found : This is a hallmark of Gotham Manufacturing Co. this mark was used by Gorman from 1848 to around 1860. It indicates the item is sterling silver The vase is 8” x 4” at the bottom
