This is an Edwardian 14K gold filled double photo locket charm or pendant, dating from the 1910s. The locket is diamond-shaped when closed and features intricate machine-turned striping and engraved foliate designs on the front, with ornate scrolled detailing at the top. The front also has a monogram (possibly AG) in flowing script. This type of locket is shown in the 1918–1919 Sears, Roebuck & Co. Consumer Guide, pg. 718, (see photo). When opened, the locket reveals two miniature photographs of children, suggesting its original purpose as a sentimental family keepsake. This is a beautiful example of early 20th-century sentimental jewelry—perfect for collectors, antique charm bracelet curators, or those seeking a wearable piece of history.
