Over 125 years old, these two early pressed glass mugs are pieces of American history! First introduced by Bryce Bros in 1885, the playful children’s mugs feature a relief pattern known as “Grape Bunch.” Bryce Bros was a Pittsburgh glass manufacturer renowned for quality pieces, and this design is particularly well executed, showing nice detail and painstaking work by the mold engraver. The mugs measure 3 1/2" tall and 3" wide. Given their age, it is rare to find more than one mug offered for sale. No cracks or repairs, just some roughness around the rim consistent with their age and one very small flea bite on the bottom of one- see pictures for condition and measurements. A great addition to your glass collection!!
