Circa 1900 this water pitcher from Copeland Late Spode is a piece of Jasperware Sprigged, or Sprigware. It features a background in a beautiful & unique shade of blue with white trim work, white garlands and dancing figures. It is titled : « The Dancing Hours « and the distinctive design elements are Grecian. Each one of the dancing figures are different. This fine collectible is 8 inches tall with a 4 inch handle.
