Antique Colorized Photo Wood Oval Gold Frame Convex Bubble Glass Wedding Formal

This is a beautiful antique oval wedding/formal portrait in its original convex “bubble” glass frame. Frame Size approx 15″ tall × 11″ wide. Has backing with ability to stand up or hang on wall. Frame Material/Finish: wood with gold-tone finish. Glass is original domed/convex glass (no flat replacement). Portrait is hand-tinted black-and-white photo, likely 1930s–1950s era. Signature in the lower right corner signed “Reed” (possibly the tint artist or studio). Condition: glass intact, frame shows minor wear consistent with age, portrait colors remain strong. This type of portrait was commonly given as a wedding or formal keepsake in the early–mid 20th century. The convex glass and gilded frame style are highly collectible, and the artist’s signature makes this piece even more unique. A wonderful piece of vintage décor or collectible photography.
