Antique Chinese Shiwan Mud Dog Figurine – Brown & Green Glaze 1891-1919

Charming early 20th-century Chinese export figurine, modeled as a seated dog on a green pedestal with floral and fretwork border. Brown and green lead glazes typical of Shiwan (Southern China) kilns. Base stamped CHINA, dating it between 1891–1919. Small but detailed, approx. 3" tall. A wonderful example of antique export ware Good used condition, some wear on painted edges, see pic.
