Antique Chinese Bone Wood Snuff Box with Wood Lock

Very good preowned condition. This is an Antique Chinese snuff bottle made of dark wood with bone overlays. Octagonal in shape with etchings throughout the bone top, including etchings of figures, animals, fruits and poems. The sides of the box have inlayed bone with Chinese characters etched within. Top Ying yang section of the bottle is opened by removing the post on the side. Approx 2 inches wide and 2 inches tall Evident discoloration to material of the bottle and overall wearing to wooden posts. 23-05133
