Antique China German doll

This antique China doll is marked Germany on the back. It is all original, but I believe there is a new outfit on her. She wears a cameo around her neck, and has China feet. There are two tears in the top of her legs, which are filled with what looks like sawdust. I put tape over the legs so that the sawdust does not come out.. Very old, the back of her head has some paint on it, which I have not tried to remove..
