There at what seem to be took mark dents on the sides that aren’t noticeable when the brooch is viewed full on its face. The C clasp is firm. The pin is slightly bent from use, but that does not affect its wearability. It is unmarked and constructed in a layered manner suggesting handmade. The chasing is etched crisply.
