This is a stunning antique sterling silver abalone shell pin or brooch dating back to the Art Nouveau era, 1910-1920. The abalone cabochon measures 16mm. X 11mm. and has vibrant iridescence and colors! This sterling silver antique brooch/pin measures 1.92 inches long X 0.67 inches high, and weighs 3.3 grams. It is stamped "STERLING" on the backside and is in excellent pre-owned condition. This piece retains all of its original aged patina and has not been cleaned or polished.
