Antique Art Deco Sapphire Stick Pin in 18k Yellow Gold

Pretty antique sapphire (emerald step cut) stickpin of 18k buttery yellow gold. Bezel mounting has fine milgrain detailing, along with fine detailing surrounding the sapphire. Very pretty blue color that takes on somewhat of a purple hue in certain lighting. I’d plan to have this converted to a ring or pendant, but realized I just done care for yellow gold with my skin tone. Marked 18k on back of stem near the sapphire. A little difficult to see and find but it’s there. Approx 9x12mm in size. For reference, my ring finger shown in the last pic is a size 4.75.
