Antique Art Deco Cast Iron Bud Vase w Fairy

Very unique little vase found at a local estate sale. It’s made of cast metal and painted a rusty tan color. The paint is kind of chippy and looks like there might have been light green paint underneath that. Not exactly sure the age, but it’s older and has a very art deco look. It holds water without leaking. Could be used as a vase or pencil holder, etc. etc. Measurements in pictures.
