Antique 19th century USSR Russian samovar in excellent condition

Beautiful 17 inch inverted pyriform shaped Antique brass Samovar with decorated S-scrolled handle pieces. This samovar is set atop a square, footed and detailed knobs The modern Russian samovar was recognized in the 18th century and was originally made into many vase-shapes. Over time the shape and detailing on the samovar has changed. Notably, the tap and handles were made in the shapes of twigs, dolphins, and curved abstract stalks. It is difficult to trace the samovar origin, but in late 18th and early 19th centuries the town of Tula became the center of samovar production, such is this one.
