From Mexico in the 1930s (when European silver wasn’t readily available due to WWII), this sterling silver and abalone / MOP bracelet was designed by TNC. The signature pre-dates the eagle hallmarks, and is listed on page 239 of Bille Hougart’s encyclopedia of Mexican silver hallmarks.
4 arched open work panels measuring 1.75” long and 1.25” tall are connected with hinges and closed with a push lock clasp. Each panel hosts an oval abalone stone measuring roughly 0.75” tall and just under 0.5” wide.
Please note the absence of 2 tiny silver beads and the dimples on 2 other tiny silver beads. This does not mar the bracelet’s wearability but if perfection is what you seek in a nearly-100 year old piece of jewelry, this is not for you.
