Philip Boileau, Sterling China Company portrait of a Victorian Lady collector's plate is 8 1/2 inches across. It has a scalloped edge with gold trim. The background is pink , on the front are the words "Copy write 1907 by Philip Boileau". The back has the Sterling China logo. The plate is in good antique used condition, it has no chips, scratches or cracks but does have crazing . See all pictures for details.
