Antique 1904 Painting Can Can Show Girl Artist Signed Green

Here for your consideration is a lovely painting of a can can show girl. The painting looks like a watercolor. It is signed by the artist but I cannot make out the name. I can see the date of 1904. It measures 10 3/4x14". The painting is in good antique condition. The back has some moisture marks and there is some dust on the inside glass but it is minimal.
