I have put a black twist tie through it to keep it attached but as a display piece is is barely noticeable either way. This has all of the cool antique patina of REAL antique decor. It has so many stories it could tell. 10 1/2” tall with the lid x 8” Handle to spout x 5.5” across at the base.
