Antique 1880s Japan Rice Paper Hand Fan Bissel Vacuum Advertisement Hand Painted

Here for your consideration is an old Advertising piece for Bissel Vacuums. It is a hand painted Japanese hand fan and made of delicate Rice Paper. The pair does have some deterioration but overall for a delicate piece in good shape. The wear to the paper is shown in my pictures.
