Antique 1860's Plate, Fischer & Mieg Pirkenhammer Bohemia, Hand-Painted, EUC

Absolutely beautiful hand-painted plate and is in fantastic condition. Czechoslovakian in origin. Has the F&M impressed stamp that was used in the 19th century, from 1859-1873, and the crossed hammers mark. Signed on the back, by artist, Grace G. Carter. There are no chips, cracks, scratches, fleabites, or other visible damage. Measurements are available upon request. I am open to all reasonable offers or will counter with my lowest price.
