Antiquarian Goethe Gedichte leather book set in two volumes petite 1888 German

Elegant vintage hardcover book set. Petite books measuring 5 3/4” x 4 3/4”. Leather bound with gilt accents. Beautiful little set. They are in German and date from 1888. Each has a presentation notation on a blank end page that is dated 1894. Please see photos as they are intended to be part of the description. Very light shelf wear especially for their age.
