Anthropology pink romper/dress wrap

It has cute little circles embroidered all around it!! So fun and comfy.. perfect for a hot day. It looks like a dress because of the wrap around waist but there are shorts underneath!! Best of both worlds!! You can tie it in a bow or simply knot it!
