Anthropologie over-shirt

This piece is very interesting. It’s long like a dress but has slits up the sides so I believe it’s a shirt technically. It’s see through with raised fabric dots all over. It looks great with a tight black dress underneath and this over top. Very unique. Form Anthropologie.
