Anthropologie open-back dress in white with black polka dot, size 2

Summery and fun Anthropologie dress with polka dots, v-neck, and open slit wraps in the back. Nice thick textured fabric (but not so thick it’s hot). Ruffle waist A-line. Form fitting at top.
