Anthropologie, one shoulder tunic, XSP

This is the sweetest little dress, white liner inside, blue and green leaf motif on white background. Purchased it new from Downeast Basics for $39 (who used to purchase last season clothing from Anthropologie.) Anthropologie sold it for $119. I have never worn it, but your gain. ☺️
