Anthropologie off shoulder smocked top black

Anthropologie solid black smocked bodice bare shoulder top with ribbon shoulder ties. size XL runs true to size if not larger. I'm a size 12 and think this could easily fit a plus size or large chested individuals. listing at various sizes for fit suggestions but the tag is mfg size xl. I have concerns when buying tops about skinny arms, this Does Not have skinny arms and fits nicely. ribbon ties are adjustable, stretches easily.
