Anthropologie mock turtleneck hot pink sweater small

Anthropologie mock turtleneck hot pink sweater in size small. Pullover with balloon sleeves. It is a little fuzzy but seems to be all over so I think it is supposed to be that way. I cannot find this exact sweater to check that, so I thought I should mention it. See pictures for measurements
