Anthropologie linen stripe midi skirt

Skirt is designed being lined at the top and see through at the bottom. Buttons all the way down the skirt so you can decide where you want the skirt to open. Belt in front is not removable. Can be tied into a bow or knotted and left hanging. Skirt does have A-line qualities and elastic in the back to allow for some give. Measurements Length 30 1/2 Waist 32 1/2 but elastic band can expand more
