Anthropologie floral Blouse size XS

Lovely black and floral pattern. The blouse has ruffles on the bottom and both sleeves are bell sleeves. Very cute and different. The top is sheer and then there’s a black tank top attached to the inside. I’ve only worn once! Make me an offer :) Xoxo
