Gorgeous 100% Viscose dress made in India. Great stretchy upper back. There is a few condition issues, strap slight fraying of fabric. The draw string waist is no longer adjustable, it is sewn in place. The straps for top however are adjustable. Great muted color combo, teal, winter white and a light teal color. Great item for any occasion or wear with a Jean / denim jacket.
