Super cute and unique. I love the shoulder detailing. Great condition. There is a tie on front and I believe it’s supposed to be sewn down or buttoned down and it no longer is Underarm to underarm: 15 in, Waist: 13 in, Hips: 17.5in. Length: 35.5 in. #613 May need to be cleaned pre wearing as it was stored in a plastic storage bag
