This is such a pretty sheer dress by feather and bone Anthropologie . The style of the dress is called Feuille. It is an excellent condition however whenever there is embroidery or French cut on an item, you will always find some and threads. This is not damage. It’s just part of the embroidery or the fringing. The tag sizing says OP. I have measurements in the pictures and it could fit a non-petite as well.
