Waist = 18" Rise = 16.5" Inseam = 29" NWOT. Never been worn and no flaws. These are so flowy and amazing! They almost remind me of a harem style with the longer rise. They have a lot of movement. Great to dress up or down for a concert, party, event, wedding, business casual, or a day out running errands.
