This dress was purchased then altered for a summer wedding in the south, so the sleeves came off and it turned into a halter, and a tier came off the bottom so it is shorter. It is really cute with the alterations! THE SIZE WAS NOT ALTERED and it is still a 22W. This dress could definitely fit a smaller or larger size- see the last photo. It has a belt and a keyhole neck in the back, with 2 buttons. Fully lined. Worn once for the wedding!
